Guns N’ Bombs drop yet another killer remix, my favourite thus far. Their latest remix is of the Gossip’s new single ‘Yr Mangled Heart’ which is out on the Back Yard label. The synth work in this track is just beautiful making me shiver each time I hear this track.

While on the GNB front, they have got their new mixtape out (# 3) which is @ fluokids so go grab it and take a peek, it’s dope.
Bloc Party’s new single named Flux has just been released. I suppose you could say the track is nothing like Bloc Party at all, which is a very good thing - its more energetic, has more power and will probably replace that overplayed “Banquet” remix that _still_ gets dropped at clubs/parties… *sigh*, move on dammit!!
NME have released a special remixes EP in their latest mag which has a wide variety of remixes: an ‘electro-esk’ JFK remix to even a more soothing ‘rockier/vocodered/synthed’ GoodBooks remix which is my pick of the bunch.

Apparently these guys have been around for a while but only found out about them because I’m obsessed with pyramids. Video clip is crazy, not to sure about the band though, checked out there other stuff and its extremely similar and not as rad… plus not as many triangles… but man, that acid bass-line, grrr! I’m taking Gran out to dinner!
