I dont know about you guys out there, but the first time I listened to MGMT’s Oracular Spectacular, I fell head over heels for it. It had a sound so fresh that everyone seemed to connect with it. I have a feeling we wont be getting any new material any time too soon, but the next best thing I have to offer is Passion Pit. Sleepyhead makes me feel anything but sleepy. Its a crazy, sharp, electronic-pop track that Im sure will soon be sending legs crazy this year. Most definitely a big recommendation from me.
Dinowalrus I know next to nothing about except for the fact that they come from Brooklyn and make music that I find hard to categorize. Too tired to bother. Just listen. (Zac, you’ll probably like these guys.)

I must say that Sleepyhead is brilliant. Possibly one of my favorite songs. Totally ousted my old favs. I am hoping to see more of them soon. But I know you can listen to their other songs on their myspace so that would be a start. I think their album is coming out soonish though. I’m glad everyone else likes them because I sure do! ^^
