The duo of Richard Norris & Erol Alkan have got together once again to release another ‘re-animation’ under their guise ‘Beyond the Wizard’s Sleeve‘. This time they’ve transformed the latest single from Franz Ferdinand, opting away with 99% of the original vocals and retaining 5 words which really do dominate the remix in a creepy way, much like a similar track by the Chemical Brothers. I also recommend tracking down the remix by Mickey Moonlight which also gets top marks.
