Bit of a quick post that’s covering two artists whom share the same bill tomorrow night (amongst other things that you will soon find out..).

Holy Balm is a 3-piece infectious psych-dance house-infused act from Sydney and have just released their debut album “It’s You” on Not Not Fun Records (US) and RIP Society here in Aus. The release coincides with a national tour this August which includes this show in Melbourne (see attached flyer in the sideshow [design by Michael Ozone]) at the Liberty Social on Friday night (the 3rd — TOMORROW). Tickets can be purchased here (also avail. at the door). Also supporting on the night is Matthew Brown, Forces, Superstar and the man himself, Michael Ozone – stellar lineup! There is also a Holy Balm release coming out on Michael’s label Home Loan Records – “a remix of ‘One and Only’ off the album, plus a new cut yet to be released and remix of this new cut also.” Stay peeled.

Also worthy of a mention, and quite on topic is mentioning the Michael Ozone debut release “Perfect Systems”, available now from all good sellers. This has been released on one of my favourite labels, ESP Institute. The 12″ is now rapidly flying out the door on Juno so don’t miss the beat!
