Miami Horror’s ‘Don’t Be On With Her’, described by my brother as ‘that Madonna song with no vocals’, has been reworked with vocals! (but still with no Madonna) for the long awaited Bravado EP, out November 15th.
Glad to know he’s not dead after all.

‘Future Sounds Of Russia‘, an excellent indie/dance/electro compilation put out by AeroCCP Recording last month has shed light on some fairly awesome music coming out of the motherland. Two fave tracks from the comp:

Cheese People’s jaunty electropop number ‘I’ll Be With You’ which had me (wrongly) comparing them with CSS, on the basis of this track. Their strange self-titled debut LP, out this month, is half electropop and half acoustic indie rock.

Yogo!Yogo!’s harder electro track ‘I’m Not Gay’ makes me wonder what the lyrics are. Apparently there is an english version on their EP, but i think i prefer the mystery of the Russian language…
